Cut Price May Holiday Deals

Park Resorts

Park Resorts have got some great deals for the month of May, with breaks starting from as little as £51.00 for a 4 night break. Late booking is where you get the best deals, and many on offer at the moment are more than 50% off.

Current deals are available all the way along the south coast of England, including the wonderful Isle Of Wight. And as the weather has perked up down south, it may be a good time to try out a ‘ready tent’.

A twist on ‘glamping’, or perhaps affordable glamping, ready tents are basically a caravan under canvas. They have cooking facilities and fridge, all you need to take is sleeping bag (or duvet), and pillows. For those non-campers who fancy trying it out, then he’s a tip from a very well-seasoned camper, don’t think you have to rough it with a sleeping bag, take a duvet and as many home comforts as you can cram into your car.

If you want to try out camping, but don’t want to be eBaying your tent if it doesn’t quite work out, then this is a great way to see if camping is for you. Just rent the tent, which comes already set up. Having said that 4 nights at Nodes Point will set you back £148 which sleeps 6 people, and if you can deal with the hassle you could get a tent and other gear for that, and sell it on if you don’t enjoy the experience.

Back to the cheapies. £51.00 will get you a 4 night break in a bronze chalet sleeping 4 at Summerfields near Great Yarmouth. Bungalows are also available over the period Mon 18 May 2015 for a small upgrade fee.

Kessingland Beach also have chalets available from £60.00 for the same 4 night break, which is a reduction of just over 50%. caravans are available at Ashcroft Coast for £65.00 sleeping 4 (no pets), and at Martello Beach in Essex for the same price (pets allowed).

Park Resorts have not yet promoted a May half term offer, but we’ll let our visitors know the details as so0n as we get them ourselves. Get away and have a happy May!
