About Cheverton Copse Holiday Park
Cheverton Copse Holiday Park, is located in Sandown, it’s situation a rural one in peaceful mature woodland. If you are looking for an action packed holiday park this may not be for you, but, if you are looking for peace and quiet this may be a great choice.
There’s always the temptation to take kids somewhere where there’s loads to do on-site, but give a quiet place a few days and before you know it the kids have switched off from the distractions of the modern world and become slowly enchanted by the joys of nature.
Cheverton Copse doesn’t have a swimming pool, but its just one and a half miles from the beaches of Sandown and Shanklin. And don’t forget the Isle of Wight has many blue flag beaches to explore, all within a short drive. This is the beauty of an island location, you’re never far away from the sand and the sea.
There are two zoos nearby, which is great for the kids, plus a Dinosaur Isle, and many other child friendly things to do. If you’re without children the island is your oyster to explore. One of the best ways to explore the island is by bicycle. There are 200 miles of cycle routes available, and there are several outlets for bike hire.
Accommodation consists of caravans which start at a humble £200 per week, although there are upgrade options.

Well what a lovely welcoming family that made our stay here at Cheverton Copse one of the finest caravan holidays we’ve experienced. The site is extremely well looked after, clean tidy and the lawns were mowed, the caravans from the outside looked spotlessly clean. Inside the high standard continued the caravans were spacious and well looked after. All the necessary utensils and equipment to cater for our stay.
What else is there to say the surrounding areas were fantastic, extremely relaxing and tranquil, beach a short distance away and we’ve already booked to return again. Fantastic!
