About Kiln Park Holiday Centre
Kiln Park is superbly located along the Pembrokeshire coastline, just a short walk from the town of Tenby, and a massive sandy beach. Run by Haven Holidays it also has great facilities and entertainment for a fun packed family holiday or weekend break.
The park serves as a great base for exploring the coastline and nearby attractions, however as it is situated in South Wales which is made so stunningly green by the frequent rain Haven have made sure that there is plenty to do at the park if there is an occasional downpour. There’s a large indoor heated pool plus an outdoor heated pool. Water based activities include Aqua jets, pool kayaking and Water Walkerz. For younger children there is a Learn2Swim club, plus Water Confidence, drop the kids off at the pool and take in a few leisurely strokes yourself.
Once they’ve gained a bit of water confidence and built up an appetite it’s of to the Harbwr Lights restaurant complex for a break from self catering (there’s also a fish and chip shop, plus Papa John’s Pizza). Then, if you really fancy spoiling yourself you can drop the kids off again at one of the kid’s clubs for a bit more ‘me time’ (clubs cater from the ages 0 to 13+).
There’s plenty to keep adults busy in the daytime too, take home a new skill after joining in for a bit of archery or fencing coaching, or if you’re feeling a bit lazy there are pool tables available. There are also tennis courts, a sports field and much more. After a busy day head to the club for a bit of family entertainment including bands, live artists, and comedians, and the bar is kid kid friendly, so you don’t have to leave early and miss out on the fun.
All of this, and that’s before you’ve even left the park to wander into Tenby, or the beach, or get in to your car to take a short drive to some fantastic coastline and beaches. Plenty of facilities and a great location.
