Yes the holiday season is officially over, the rain and wind is coming across the Atlantic, and the temperature is dropping. It is still however strangely clement across the UK so a break is not out of the question. And with Halloween around the corner it may be a great excuse to grab some friends and get away for a spooky weekend of fun and frolics!
Park Resorts have got 41 coastal parks scattered across the UK, so there is probably one not too much of a drive away from you. Each park will be having a bit of a Halloween bash, including fancy dress, apple bobbing and Hollow Pumpkin show, great for ‘kids’ big and small.
We’re not really sure when Halloween really kicked off as a festivity in the UK, most of the ideas and rampant commercialisation of the night seem to come from America, but, lets face it, who’s going to argue with another excuse to get away for the weekend. 2 night breaks are available from as little as £59, and, please note, that is per holiday home, not per person, so if you get the right lodge or caravan you could squeeze six in which means the break would cost each friend going a mere £10, it doesn’t get cheaper than that! There are more expensive deals available for a two night break, but they are almost mostly well below £100.
Three night breaks are available starting at £79 for the whole family or group of friends, which again, is pennies if there is a group of friends pitching in for a few nights away.
