Dawlish Sands Holiday Park in Devon has a nice price saving on one of their static caravans this weekend. They’re offering £3,000 off a pre-used Willerby Winchester. The price has come down from £32,995 to £29,995.
The caravan is located on the Park Holiday operated holiday park, which is a short stroll from the beach. The park itself has good facilities, including heated indoor and outdoor pool, children’s play area, store and family bar. Activities at the site include scuba tuition, and a kid’s club.
The Winchester for sale is a 38 foot by 12 foot 2004 model, with two bedrooms and a berthing capacity of 6 people. A modern caravan, it has double glazing, and central heating and can be accessed for 52 weeks of the year. Obviously this is an opportunity to create a bit of income by renting it out.
There are other caravans for sale at the site, starting from £19,995 for a BK Calypso. It a slightly smaller 2003 model, measuring 10 foot by 28 foot, and it comes with a choice of pitch on the park.
Other models for sale at the moment include a Willerby Leven, and a Willerby Vacation, priced at £34,995, and £37,562 respectively, as well as a Carnaby Claret going for £24,995.
The caravan park is located on Dawlish Warren which is home to two other caravan parks, and has a massive sandy Blue Flag beach. As well as the natural beauty of the area, there are plenty of local attractions, and it’s just down the road from the ‘English Riviera’.
