Park Holidays are offering another enticement to get potential static caravan buyers to sample the facilities of their parks. The previous offer was a cut price stay in one of their caravans, but with their latest offer all you have to do is to turn up for a tour.
The tours last up to two hours and at the end you will get a £20 voucher to spend at the site. Park Resorts have 23 Parks to choose from across the south of England stretching from Felixstowe to Torquay, so if you are in the area it might be worth making a day of it as they mostly within easy reach of a beach.
The voucher can be redeemed at the bar or restaurant, so you could treat yourself to a meal after the tour and take a further wander around to see what the area has to offer.
There will be sales advisors available to answer questions about static caravan ownership and they should be able to give you all the information you need to help you decide if actually owning a home a home is right for you.
Ownership of a home obviously entails a lot of responsibility aside from the issue of raising of cash or entering into a credit agreement. You may want to purchase a caravan not just as a weekend escape, but you also may want to buy one as a source of income from renting it out.
If you are thinking of buying a static on a holiday park to make money there will be a lot of things to consider, and the sales advisors should be able help you understand all the important factors. Obviously there is a lot of maths involved, and they should be able to provide ball park figures for annual income from rentals, as well as highlight actual and potential outgoings such as cleaning and repairs, as well as direct you to services available to help may the rental process a bit smoother.
Even if you are not 100% committed to buying a static caravan, the voucher is a good opportunity to ‘dip your toes in’, and see what it all entails, with a bit of a reward at the end of it.
