Now the company has announced that it is investing the profits created by growth back into its caravan parks with a £13 million investment this year!
Parkdean Holidays is one of the biggest operators in the UK and they have parks the length and breadth of Britain, twenty-four in all and thanks to this growth in bookings they’ll be investing in every single one.
Of the £13.2 million the brand is investing in its parks, £6.8 million will go towards the building of holiday homes and lodges, creating expansion across many parks and giving holidaymakers even more unique forms of accommodation for their break! Another £1.7 million will go towards refurbishing existing accommodation, ensuring holidaymakers can enjoy it for years to come. Much of the expansion is to take place in the Cornwall and Devon regions where bookings are up by 25% on previous years, showing just how popular it’s becoming to holiday on UK shores.
The changes are being implemented are thanks to a bumper 2014 season and what is expected, based on current bookings, to be an even better 2015 season, and these changes are sure to make for an even better experience for people visitng the parks, bolstering the industry further.
