Bargain Holiday Breaks In Devon

Park Holidays

The good news is that despite record breaking advance bookings this year, there are still plenty of last minute deals to be had at UK caravan parks. And, as it is still a bit ‘nippy’, Devon has to be at the top of the list for early spring breaks because of its clement southerly location.

Park Holidays have got some lovely parks in the region, and if you fancy a March weekend break but haven’t booked it yet, they’ve got some great last minute deals on offer. The offers range from one bedroom chalets and two bedroom caravans upwards, and the starting price is a fantastic £69 for a three night break for the whole family or couple (or at these prices it’s affordable on your own for a bit of getaway ‘me time’).

Park Holidays have got four pages of late holiday deals just for Devon, but we thought we’d show you a couple of examples of what’s on offer (the full list can be seen here):

Riviera Bay in Brixham has some great facilities, but more to the point, it has great views overlooking the sea, and easy access to a blue flag beach. If you are feeling a bit too lazy to get out and enjoy the local area there is a restaurant on-site, entertainment, plus a heated indoor pool. £69 will get you a one bed chalet which sleeps four, but there are upgrade options. More Info.

Golden Sands in Dawlish is one of two Park Holidays parks on the warren which is great news, as you can use the facilities of both parks, which gives you the option of three swimming pools, plus two club houses, all within walking distance of each other (I feel a review coming on, which of the parks is best?). £69 will get you a two bed caravan which sleeps six, and again, there are upgrade options. More Info.

That’s just Devon, they’ve got loads more late deals on their other parks along the south coast of England which are still good value for money. But, the Devon parks are the best value for money and are let’s face bargain bucket prices which cannot be bettered (we know you can get the ten pound holiday deals from the newspapers, but they do entail a certain amount of ‘faff’, and if you read the small print you often need to take your own bed linen!).

Glorious Devon at fantastic prices, see the full bargain list here.
