About Devon Valley Holiday Park

Sitting equidistant between Torquay and Exeter, Devon Valley Holiday Park is well located for exploring the wonders of South Devon. The park is on the estuary, so you don’t have to go far to get your feet wet, but it’s also within a short drive to some of the finest beaches in the county.

Accommodation is a series of caravans and chalets, sleeping between 4 and 8 people, making it a good choice for a large family holiday. Activities and facilities on site are well suited to a family break with plenty to keep adults and children busy and entertained.

There’s an indoor heated pool, and for children a pirate ship, under 5s soft play area, an activity trail, and their very own club, Superhero Captain DV and Morris Minor. For adults there’s an outdoor all weather multi-purpose sports arena including basketball and five-a-side football, plus darts and pool tables.

All accommodation has self-catering facilities, however if you tire of the cooking there is a takeaway and à la carte restaurant on site. There’s also a pub, plus free entertainment in the evenings including bingo and competitions.

Off-site there’s a lot going on. There are numerous long sandy beaches within a short drive, with plenty of coves to explore and lots of guaranteed fun for the kids. There are also numerous local attractions including gardens, castles and of course Dartmoor for relaxing days out.

Those after a bit of activity can take advantage of two horse riding schools, white water rafting, and top them off with a meal at a fine restaurant in Torquay or Exeter. And, not forgetting, the area has a superb climate.

With plenty to do on and off-site in a lovely part of Devon, this may be a great choice for a family holiday.

One Review to “Ringmore – Devon Valley Holiday Park”

  1. Plenty of facitilites within the site, for all ages. The under 5’s soft play area was a hit with the twins, we had a difficult time getting them out. The entertainment in the evening was top notch. We had a ball here, caravan was nice and tidy, clean and equipped for our stay. Staff helpful and happy to deal with any requests. We liked it!
