About Riviera Bay Holiday Park
The Riviera Holiday Park is located ‘Way Out West’ compared with the other parks. However, one of it’s biggest advantages is its prime location within easy walking distance of this small fishing town at the Southern end of Torbay. It also enjoys direct access to the lovely sandy beach at St. Mary’s Bay a quiet beach ideal for keen coastal walkers.
Returning to Brixham you can take the kids crabbing along the harbourside for a day they will remember and year-round you can visit the Golden Hind Museum Ship which has been featured in dozens of films over the years.
There an entertainment venue at Riviera Bay, so you can stay close to home and enjoy a show in the evenings and the restaurant has a range of meals for children. But if you’ve worn yourselves out during the day and just want to put your feet up, there is a takeaway too.
This park is open for 9 months of the year for holidaymakers. You can take a dip in either of the two heated pools and there’s also Bowling and a kid’s club for 5-14 year olds. But it’s really the sort of family getaway destination that will appeal to old and young alike.

we stayed here from 22/8/2016 to 29/8/2016 (1 week ) we had a chalet sleeps 6 = 2 bedroom with sea views for me , my wife and 2 grandchildren aged 8 and 12. the staff were friendly and the location was nice the weather was fantastic ( hot ).. BUT..the path to the beach is a twenty minute walk and an accident waiting to happen, very dangerous so if you got young kids your need to drive to goodrington fo the nearest nice beach, the club entertainment was either non existent or crap, they wonder why people don’t join in its because they have had a crap day cos they can’t use the beach and have to travel out so peed of come the evening, the chalet was clean but the beds and the furniture are small and hard and the curtains are hanging off the runner the carpet was frayed the place needs bringing up to scratch very uncomfortable…I give it 5/10 as half board was a waiste of time ie little choice or no choice. I won’t come back again.i’m not a moaner and I don’t normally leave reviews but people spend a lot of money on their holiday ,there are better places than this one. shame a little money spent could make this place nice.
