About Nairn Lochloy Holiday Park
Nairn Lochloy is located in a beautiful area, but unlike many other Scottish Holiday parks, it does have enough going on at the park itself to keep the family entertained, so leaving the park is not required for family fun. There are children’s clubs for most ages, so it’s a bit more of a holiday for the adults too, and a chance to explore the local marina while the kids are face painting.
Having said that, you do need to leave the park to visit East Nairn Beach, but as it’s only a few yards away you don’t even have to put your shoes on. If its raining you can take a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool which has pool party sessions and a toddler’s pool.
Kid’s clubs cater to children of all ages allowing you to chill out in the sauna or check up on your email using the park’s WiFi. Then it’s off for a stroll on the park’s wildlife nature trail to discover the park’s wildlife and natural surroundings (no WiFi!!).
A brief city visit to Inverness could be a worth a short drive for a casual wander around ancient streets to pick up a few holiday presents. And there are loads more attractions, the most famous being Loch Ness, but for a real fun filled family day head out to Landmark Forest which has several activities and rides. A visit to Scotland wouldn’t be complete without a visit to a Distillery, and Glenmorangie is just up the road, as is Culbin Sands which is home to many coastal birds.
A sea based resort, apart from the aquatic opportunities at the park, there’s plenty going on in the ocean, form sailing to fishing. A lovely location with plenty going on at the park, and in the local area.
