Yes, another half term is just around the corner, so the scramble for holidays is well and truly on. It is nestled in an area full of coastal walks, and you can walk through the dunes to St Ives bay. This looks like a great outdoor holiday destination with opportunities to surf and paddle board. Golden Sands in Lincolnshire is another park located pretty much right on the beach. You need to walk through dunes to get there, but once you are on the sand you can make a proper day of it by walking into Mablethorpe (approx 20 mins), and having a wander around. Further down the road is Skegness if you fancy a bit of the traditional seaside experience (take a pile of coppers for the kids).
