While Hoseasons are hailing a season full bookings, Park Holidays still have some caravans to fill in the month of August, and to make sure that they do get filled they are dropping the prices right down on some of their accomodation.

Marlie Farm in Kent is a short drive from the beach and is a small relaxing park with plenty of onsite facilities without being an over the top holiday park experience. The venue reflects the tranquil local surroundings and is within reach of plenty of local attractions including Folkstone and Dover. Coghurst Hall is a different sort of holiday park which as the name suggests is located on a country estate in Sussex. It has it’s own well stocked fishing lake, and if you click the ‘more info’ link at the end of this paragraph you can use the streetview link on the park page to take a virtual tour of the site and see how lovely and verdant it is. A great choice for families, but also has nearby bars and other entertainment for younger more ‘single’ holidaymakers. Seawick Holiday Park in Essex is well located for a great family holiday or short weekend or midweek break. It’s just down the road from Clacton On Sea, and has a beach within walking distance. Facilities on site include an outdoor swimming pool, entertainment and kids clubs. You also get to use the facilities of their sister site St Osyth Beach. Prices start from £189.00 for a 4 berth chalet arriving on August the 1st for 3 nights. More info.
