Hoburne Naish, one of several Hoburne holiday parks added to our website recently has received the the Hoseasons Diamond Award for 2014. That’s enough on it’s own, but this is actually the second year in a row that the park has won the award.
The award which is run by Hoseasons is only given to parks that have been identified as having ‘exceptional quality and outstanding customer service’. The level of service is measured by feedback from their park visitors.
Hoburne Naish Holiday Park in New Milton, Hampshire, whilst part of a small chain of parks has been in partnership with Hoseasons for 20 years, and obviously, the management are very pleased with winning the accolade ‘best family fun holiday park in the south’. You can book a holiday or break either through Hoseasons or Hoburne themselves.
Hang on a minute, Hoseasons are giving an award to ‘one of their own parks’? Well, yes, but we’re sure they take it very seriously, especially as there are so many parks on their books, which also says a lot for the winner of the award as they have a lot of competition.
There are potentially all sorts of criteria that could be used to judge which are the the best holiday parks. And there are all sorts of awards annually, many of them regional. Quality and customer service are perhaps the most important factors when it comes to showing how much of an effort a park puts into ensuring that their visitors enjoy a great break. The view from the accommodation is often something that cannot be improved upon, nor is the local area, or the climate.
So it falls to customer service, and the quality of accommodation and services on offer to show how much a park really cares about its guests. When it comes to quality, the park have over recent years invested in the park’s facilities, and accommodation. They now have luxury lodges available, which is a smart move considering both the growth in popularity of lodge holidays and luxury staycations as a whole. Well done Hoburne! Original article.
