It’s all a bit ‘last minute’, but that’s the way it goes, if you want a last minute bargain you need to be prepared to let your boss know that you may not be in next week as you’ll be on the beach applying suncream. Park Resorts are desperately trying to get rid of their remaining April vacancies with a ‘flash sale’ that includes extra reductions.
And, this is the definition of last minute, as the deal was emailed out this morning leaving only a couple of days to grab a cut price break as the offer closes at 9.a.m. on Friday the 17th of April.
The deal is up to 40% off brochure prices, plus you get an extra fiver off a weekend break, and an extra tenner off for a midweek break, meaning that breaks start from a mere £59 for the whole family. There are hundreds of breaks on offer, here’s a sample:
A Silver Plus caravan at Martello Beach in Essex will set you back £66.00 for a four night midweek break starting Monday 20 Apr 2015, a saving of £44.00. There are two bedrooms, with a double two twins & put-you-up, so you can accommodate up to 8 people for the break. That’s £8.25 per person! Or, just over £2 per night!! A Bronze caravan at the same park also with room for up to 8 people over the same period will cost £59.00 for the break, but at these prices an upgrade may be the best way to go. More info.
If you want to go a bit more up market, then a break at Thorness Bay, on the Isle of Wight may be just the ticket. Over the same period as above you can book a signature lodge for 4 people, at £144.00, which is a saving of £113.00. Not bad for a bit of luxury on a tranquil Isle with some of the cleanest beaches in the UK. More info.
