Well, despite the rise of the staycation, and the huge rush on early bookings at the beginning of the year there are still some breaks available at Park Holidays’ 24 holiday parks across the south of England. 3 nights in Riviere Bay, Devon on Friday July 31st is now down from £561 to £230, which is over 50% off. The deal is for a bronze 2 bed chalet which sleeps six people. They have several other cut price chalets for the same dates which have differing occupancy capacity plus different ‘luxury levels’.
The park is located in Brixham which is just a walk away from a small fishing town near Torbay. It’s also a small walk to the sandy beach. The park itself has plenty of facilities including a heated indoor pool, entertainment centre and more. More info.
Chichester Lakeside in Sussex has 3 nights starting August 7th 2015 for £294 down from £504. This sis for a Silver Plus caravan which sleeps six. And for not much more you can book a lodge for the same period. The park is a few miles from the beach, however is is set in over 150 acres of scenic countryside that contains no less than 10 lakes. This is a park with a difference, as the countryside location adds to the beauty of the park. If you are hankering for a bit of sand castling activity there is a blue flag beach not too far away.
