“So, you’re going on holiday and you’re going abseiling, are you nuts?”. Alternately, “So you’ve got two weeks off and you’re going to spend it drinking and stuffing your face beside a pool?”. We’re all different, and for some people a bit of adrenalin on their holidays is just what the doctor ordered.
Hoseasons have got a 18 Go Active locations where the idea is that if you do want to get up off your behind on holiday there will be something for you to do other than play around in an amusement arcade. This doesn’t mean you have to get up at 6am for am 5K run, before your daily pentathlon training though. A Go Active break simply means getting up and doing something, be it riding a bike, or joining in on a yoga session.
