About Weymouth Bay Holiday Park
Weymouth Bay Holiday Park is set in the heart of Weymouth, and offers everything you would expect from a Haven destination. There are two heated pools, one indoor, and one outdoor, and a lazy river to connect the two. There are free water confidence sessions for the kids, but, you will have to pay a bit extra for hire of Aqua Gliders, Kayaks and other water equipment.
Holidays are a great opportunity to learn a news skill, and the park offers tuition in archery, fencing, and football, but there is plenty of green areas if you just want to do your own thing and have a kick-around. The town of Weymouth itself has plenty to offer, as in season it is a busy seaside resort with everything you’d expect, including donkey rides on the beach, and probably the last bastion of British culture to avoid the politically correct axe – Punch and Judy.
With it’s sister park, Seaview, just a stroll away along a coastal path you get the ‘two for the price of one’ as you can use the facilities at either park, although there are plenty at Weymouth Bay to keep the family busy. In all, a lovely local environment, nearby beaches, and a good range of facilities even if it does rain.
